What are YCHs?

YCH stands for “Your Character Here” and is essentially a type of commission. These differ from regular commissions by being more mass-produced by an artist, as a base is made before anyone has asked to have their character drawn and then the space for the character in the artwork is sold. These can be exclusive, and act much more like traditional commissions, or can have multiple different pieces made with different characters in the same spot.

What about my YCHs?

I have and/or plan to have multiple different types of YCHs available for purchase! Some being year-round and some being seasonal.

Backgrounds will always be reused between artworks. Some line-art may be reused between artworks.

Year-round

While these may have time-specific theming, they will always be available for purchase through this website. These commissions will be listed here always.

Seasonal

There may be seasonally available YCHs available during specific time periods and only purchasable through my Instagram. These will always have specific theming, such as seasons or holidays.

Details about purchase

Purchasing a YCH acts the same as purchasing a typical commission from me, just at an adjusted rate. You will still receive the same updates and approve the same way as a commission. Additionally, you will also be agreeing to the same ToS as is relevant to traditional commissions.
